Nub Habano 466

Usually I like the oliva series, with the oliva series o standing out as the best, and the oliva series g the worst. The nub is one of the company's better cigars. As a great taste throughout, and it promises what it delivers, a habano with a good strong peppery taste from first light to last puff. Love the gauge, but not so much it's length, which catches most peoples attention because of it's short length and fat gauge. I just wish it came in a longer size with the same quality tobacco and consistency. I realize that it would have the lip service it does now without the short size, but I would enjoy a nub that wasn't so "nubby". Anyways, a quality cigar for someone who only has 40 minutes to smoke a fine stogie.

I was skeptical of the whole concept until I smoked my first Nub Habano. This is a delicious rendition!

Great looks and the best flavor I've found of the Habanos. Sadly, required more touch ups than other nubs.

I have to tell you this cigar is fantastic. I love the huge ring gague. Its draw is great and be sure not to cut it too much because all you need is a little snip. Great flavor, kind of mild. Burns very even and the ash holds the whole way down. I can see myself smoking a lot of these.

After an hour smoking the Nub, I am barely 2/3rds the way through. I had a difficult time lighting it originally, but once lit I must say the construction was excellent. It burned razor sharp and had a good draw. I found the flavor to be very mild (not my cup of tea), though not unpleasant. The huge RG was weird though, not sure I would like any cigar with this big a ring gauge. All in all not a bad cigar if you like them very mild, but I can't see myself making a habit of smoking them.

Terrific cigar. Great burn. Taste was similar to the Oliva Serie V.
