"Best 'A' sized smoke"
This is better than a Montecristo A, Hemmingway Materpiece or a Poncho Sanchez. Nice 2 1/2 hours smoke that just keeps getting better. I'm smoking some with 6 years of age. They are smooth right down to the nubb.

"So long now."
Needless to say this is a long enjoyable smoke that becomes very interesting and flavorful near the robusto mark. It is an occasional smoke due to the size but one that will fit well on a fall afternoon watching your favorite team. Being less intrigued with Padrons now than I was as a newbie I'll to say it's good but not quite up to my expectations based on the taste and quality Padron is known for.

"awesome unstoppable cigar"
This is a cigar you cannot rush... this one requires ample time, a comfortable seat, good company, and perfect weather (if you're outdoors). The taste is unbelievably smooth; I bought a few sticks from Serious Cigars.com, and they had probably been aging for quite some time (the cello wrapper was stained dark brown). The pre-light aroma is typical Padron, but once you light it up, the sheer length of it makes it super smooth from start to finish. Don't smoke one of these alone: you'll get bored sitting around for 2-1/2 hours! Get some friends together to smoke this one. It's got incredible bang for the buck... the only downside being that you can't make this your everday smoke because it's too long.

"Go Big"
If you are looking for a nice "A" size cigar than go no further. This edges out Sancho Sancho in my book for the top "Big Dog". It is unbelievable on well this cigar burns and maintains complexity given it's size. This is a journey of wood, earth, spice, and everything nice. Plus the box is comparable to cigars half its size. Problem is you need to really plan to smoke something this big. 2+ hours easy.

"well done!"
I found 9 of these on the four dollar rack of my local tobacco store. Apparently people in Texas prefer smoking Rocky Patel's Edges (which would probably taste better if you stuck them in your butt before lighting) to these amazing beauties. The smoke was exceedingly mild, yet the flavor was very strong. Intense vanilla and grassy flavors made for a specifically relaxing smoke. A decent burn, and an incredible value, in my humble opinion. If you really want to accent the flavors of this baby, (don't laugh...I'm insecure) try it with vanilla ice cream. I'm serious, guys, you've got to try this!

"An outstanding smoke"
This is a big stoogie. By far the best of the regular Padron's in my humble opinion. Bought a box a couple of years back and they just keep getting better. Set aside a couple of relaxing hours if you really want to enjoy this tasty smoke.

"Winner Winner...."
Chicken Dinner. This cigar has an excellent draw considering the size. (50x9) The burn was slightly uneven with a frail ash. I had a couple of ash miscues on the shirt. Mild smoke with hints of wood and maple. Medium finish that can dry out the palate.

"# 1 in it's category"
The most impressive facet of this looong ciagr is probably it's flavor, which starts off mysteriously mellow and becomes stronger and increasingly complex as the smoke progresses. Found it to be; by far, the most complex and flavorful of the regular Padron line. I was also impressed by the fact that it burns great, considering its length. Also notable is this smoke's reasonable price -- around $7.00/8.00 (considering that i've paid this much for mediocre robustos). Highly recommended.

"Great"
This was my introduction to Nicaraguan tobacco, and now most of what I smoke will have at least some Nicaraguan in it. Whether it's Padron, CAO, or Dona Inez (a surprisingly good Thompson house brand), or something else, I'm becomming convinced that Nicaraguan tobacco is some of the best in the world.

Truly a great one....I nub it every time.....about 1.5 hours of pure enjoyment.....deep rich chocolatey, chewy, like a fine Geo. De La Tour....I buy 'em by the box and look forward to the time I can spend just relaxing with one....

"I'm in LOVE"
I think this is my all-time favorite cigar. I can't smoke them very often because of the cost, but I think these are wonderful. It's a HUGE cigar, and takes a long time to smoke. The wrapper is beautiful...what I like to see in a Maduro wrapper. It lights well, burns pretty good, and the taste...OOOH the taste. Tinge of sweet. Tinge of chocolate. Flavorful to the end. There isn't a lot of variation in the impact of the taste as you smoke through the cigar. What you get when you light up is what you get when you finish. The smell of burned fingertips doesn't mesh well with it, but I suffer through every time as I smoke them until they are gone!

I purchased a box and then two more boxes after I smoked a few. What a perfect cigar for the links. Cedar, chocolate, leather and a bit of oak and port wine. These guys make even a bad round enjoyable.

"A cigar this big and good"
Very big cigar, perhaps an hour or more smoking time. I liked it a lot and nubbed it. It had mild wood flavor that is typical of the Padrons I have smoked. It has a small hint of fruit, perhaps apple, early on in the smoke.

"wonderful"
I don't smoke too many cigars of this size, too many draw and burn problems with most I've tried. Not this one! Perfect draw and burn for almost two hours - and the taste was above the normal Padron standards. Got better every inch of the way.

"Mediuim body, long smoke"
You'll need 1.5 hr's for this one. Had one that was very memorable; very medium body, easy smoke with cherry and mint and some meatiness. Flawless burn, solid ash. Goes really well with scotch or a dark beer. Enough complexity to keep me interested. I'd smoke it in doors as the flavors are nuanced.
