Medium bodied flavors of spice, chocolate, coffee, and cedar with a spicy lingering finish. Superb aroma with this excellent corona.

"Surprising"
I am surprised at the reviews here. I have had several of these and while some have been better than others, I'd say it's still a pretty darn good cigar.

"Not my favorite Partagas Cuba"
Nice looking in the Tubo, a little too much spice and not what I would expect from partagas.

"not typical for a partagas"
Attractive looking cigar that comes in a tube. Tried one on recent trip to Belize and was unpleasantly surprised. Cigar had very tight draw and was very harsh. It did not taste like a typical Partagas. I through the cigar way when only half done with it.

"Best cuban I ever had!"
Now I dont know if this is the one being talked about here. But my father knew someone who had come back from a state approved trip to Cuba and had brought some home as a novelty. They were partagas coronas in a tube with a tanish color.
It was very very good. I was still pretty new to cigars but I remember tons of thick sweet and sour smoke is the way to describe it. I just remember thick smoke. Great finish. i just sat there and did nothing but smoke for about an hour and smoked it till there was nothing but nub.

"A good value"
Although I prefer the smaller Cuabas to this cigar, it was a pretty good value and pretty tasty. It has a strong cuban ligero start with pretty good spiciness. The second inch was surprisingly mild, but then it rebounded and became stronger, toasty and spicy but with a slight tanginess. Plenty of vitamin N to go along with the ligero flavor notes.

"rough around the edges"
got this one free when i bought a box of cigars in Canada. the owner acted like it was a great 20$ smoke. it was woodsy and mild, didn't really care for it.

"A good little thing"
Bought in Rome at a retailer that had no humidor (shame!!!), the Coronas Senior was smoked after the lunch break in the beautiful Piazza dei Signori in Treviso, a small gorgeus town just north of Venice. I have to say that the little thing had not suffered from the initial lack of care, burned well and had some, well most, of the usual Partags flavours, cocoa, toasted nuts, a hint of earth. Actually, took more than one hour to do it, and a Zapaca Centenario rhum went along with it.
A nice afterlunch cigar, and good value too.

"Tasty Little Smoke"
Just smoked about 6 of these little guys and am quite impressed with the full flavor that they have. Bought them for 89 euros from Spain.NPO Sept03. Not very refined in appearance...a little veiny ...Great draw.. but what a flavor...true to the Partagas name. Great smoke.

"decent but not partagas's best"
Good cigar, even if it's a little on the harsh side, otherwise it has a leathery creamy flavor to it but there are better cubans available

"good 45min smoke"
Nice draw with medium body. Not a complex as more expensive cigars, but a great way to spend an hour. better then any other $6 cigar I've tasted

"$12 for a $3 cigar?"
Just came back from Spain. Bought a box for a friend and a few sticks for myself. Paid 60 euros = $65 for a box of 25.
Box of Nov 01. Rough looking light brown veiny wrapper, not bad for that rude look construction with kind of easy draw (too easy to my liking). But the flavor is there - distinctive medium bodied Partagas with some spice, pleasant coffee beans and leathery finish.
Good smoke for less than $3. Among $ 3 to $ 6 cigars one can buy in the States this one should be rated The best.
