"Decent for the price"
starts mild in both flavor and strength, and builds to a med/med. Flavors are wheaty, with hints of spice. Burn was a little uneven, and the draw was a little tight.

"Steady"
This one is good to me every time. I get what I expect, which is a mild/medium little smoke that burns well the whole way through. I wish the finish was a bit better, but value on this baby is worth it every time.

"Good inexpensive smoke"
Saw these for $97 a box from POS (Bolivar facotry) MAR06 and have had such nice Boli PCs and a few others (RASS manybe?) from this factory that I grabbed these at $3.88 a stick. Nice because ring size often apporaches a 44 rather than traditional 42 on most pc's. These have a pretty refined taste to them actually and coming from POS I just wonder if the blend is not actually somewhat higher quality than these may normally be for other smaller factories scattered around the island. Silky smooth wrapper and very nice for such a young cigar. These actually seem worthy of aging so may grab a few more boxes - what the heck less than $4 a stick these are nice. Rating based on actual young cigar not potential...

"Good Again"
Had another of these last night and several times found myself saying "Damn this is good". Then I remembered paying under $4 for it, so I said it again. If a few per box don't measure up to the other 22 or so, at $3.64 each I am willing to live with that and light another one. These are a great value and excellent every day cigar!

"Flavorless"
I agree with the review written by Huck.As I am smoking one right now I can not detect much of the Rartagas flavor that Partagas Petit Coronas or Shorts deliver. For a price difference of $1-1.5 per stick go for these two mentioned above.

"Great Value"
I have to disagree with the previous review from Huck. I have now purchased 4 boxes (all JUN05). Last box cost $91us delivered. At $3.64 a stick these represent an amazing value and were just rated 90pts in CA with good reason. Smoked one last night with a Sam Adams Winter Lager and that cigar smoked very well until the end when I had to re-light a couple times, likely due to mist from the hot tub I was in. Sure you may hit an occasional one that isn't as good as the rest, but in what box does this not happen? These cigars have great flavor, very good and consistent draw, thick rich smoke with growing complexity as you get thru them. I am partial to the PC size and have smoked almost all of them. These, when at their best, stand well with the MC4 or Bolivar PC or San Cristobal El Principe or Partagas Shorts. Easily a $6 cigar at $3.75 each. When they are at their best, the flavor profile can approach a Robainia Famoso which is rich, cinnomny, coffee - hard to describe, just damn good. Buy them. If the first couple are not to your liking, let them rest and try again later. Sooner or later these will be superb and you will be happy.

"Not Consistent"
I love the size but these are very inconsistent.
They look pretty good and construction is consistent, draws fine. Flavor is the problem, sometimes you get the great Partagas flavor other time very bland. I doubt they will get better with age.
