"Rare and Great"
Got a box in 2003 in Geneve. Great cigar, uneven burn sometimes, but what a flavor. Highly recommended, if you can find one.

"Amazing"
One of the most amazing cigars I have had the privilege to smoke. Starts off slowly, with typical a more Partagas flavor profile. but as the smoke goes on (and on and on and on), it keeps picking up power without ever losing a refined and spicy taste. The spicy woody flavor is so intoxicating that you don't realize that your body is nearing nicotine overload! The draw was superb, the burn was sharp, definitetly one of the nicest cigars I have ever smoked.

"Started great"
It's amazing how similar my experience was to SeanGAR. Amazing beginning, average finish. I'll be looking for this cigar to get better with age.

"Jekel and Hyde"
If I rated this cigar based on the first one that I smoked it would get a 10 all the way down ... but ....

Beautiful monster, hits you with great powerful flavors from the get go. Lasts an amazing length of time ... really a spectacular cigar. But the second one that I smoked recently seemed to have some sort of cigar-gangrene. The cigars came from the same place and were stored exactly the same before smoking, so I have no idea why. But the wrapper spit, exposing the binder, which expanded anout 20% ... if I had been smoking this in company I'm sure that it would have attracted comments. The cigar is so dang big that its hard to manage a burn gone south with even a nice jet lighter. This one ended up being a big disappointment simply because it was tough to smoke with the wrapper pealing off, the binder expanding and the taste going south. Despite the construction issues, the cigar taste was still superb ... just a powerhouse of great flavor. I imagine these will age very well indeed.
