Partagas (Cuba) Seleccion Robustos Partagas

A mild smoke with some nutmeg and grass notes. A bit of a firm draw. Not a great cigar, especially for the price.

This was a fnatastic smoke. I wasn't expecting what I got out of this smoke. It started out with a sweet oaky flavor then dveloped into a very pronounced nutmeg and honey taste with cream through and through. It finished up with the oak mixing back into the nutmeg and the flavor intensified. What a cigar. Killed the Series D, One notch below Esplendido.

A friend of mine found one of these jewels in a small shop in Mexico. And boy what a find! This smoke had a very nice appearnce with a nicely done triple cap. No soft spots, just a very firmly rolled smoke. Upon lighting it had a firm draw and was a bit tight, but still very smokable. The first 1/3 was light with some wood and earth flavors, very creamy with a light finish. The second 1/3 it started turning to a light nutmeg and cinnamon flavor, at this point it was a fantastic tasting smoke. The final third just got more flaverful with the nutmeg and cinnamon and the return of some light wood also. This was one of the best tasting cigars I have ever smoked in my life guys, and i'm not kidding. Fantastic!!!
