"Wonderful!!"
Very tasty smoke!! Very similar profile to the VRI, though the shape is different. The VRI is more of a box-press (similar length), while the VRII is a figurado with a larger foot tapering towards the head.

The VRII has a nice tawny brown wrapper with vitually indistinguishable veins. Solid construction - no soft spots. Easy light (reminds me of a AF Short Story or Signature by the taper) with an exceptionally smooth draw. Very complex from the start, this lacks the harshness that the first 1" of most cigars start with (in my opinion). Starts with cedar, mild spice, vanilla, and a hint of anise. The cedar note develops as you get further down the stick - stronger, but never obtrusive. Milder cedarv taste when compared to the Fonseca Serie F, which is very "cedary". Nice gentle finish with a lingering pleasant aftertaste. Gray-white ash that holds and clouds of thick white smoke. Very similar to the VRI, as I expected. This series is rapidly becoming my "go-to" smoke. Bought a box, and I'm sure will be one of my all-time favorites. Highly recommended.
