Other than some uneven burn this was a great cigar. Full bodied and full flavors it's a first class smoke.

This cigar is not for beginners. To fully enjoy this smoke one must be a seasoned smoker w/ time to enjoy it after a spicy meal and his/her favorite spirit on hand.

"Good except for the horrible draw"
This had a nice thick flavor; leather with a little bit of spice. It was very satisfying and chewy. The appearance was okay, with a little bit of cracking on the wrapper. Pre-light aroma was faint, but nice. The burn was even which was pleasing, but the draw...was just awful. I nearly had to dislocate my jaw every time I took a puff and I had to fight to get any smoke out of this thing. Had it not required so much effort to smoke, this would have gotten very good reviews. The draw on this was just way too tight and points need to be deducted for this serious flaw.

"Smooth and Creamy"
This cigar is without a doubt fantastic. Light in spice and my personal preference of a nutty heavy creamy full bodied smoke. Nice even burn, smoked it all the way down without wanting to put it down. Typical top quality Punch. Will most definitely get more of these.

"What a year will do"
I have been aging these for over a year now and all I can say wow. These cigars have a very distinct cherry flavor on the draw and are very enjoyable. Draw and burn are better after aging. A nice smooth cherry-like flavor with the typical Punch spice about 2/3rd of the whole stick. A nice finish as well. If you can hold out, do. I think that this cigar ages much better than most- a real difference over time.

"Make sure to age 2 months..."
I bought a 5 pack of these to try one of the most ubiquitious brands around. My first one was just ok- about a solid 7.0. After two months in the humidor and it was a much different experience. The construction is ok. It has a firm contruction and a firmer draw, not tight but a firmer than my ideal. The burn was very even. The taste was a mild to medium flavor with a unique Punch spice. It never became even faintly bitter and was a good, solid, and enjoyable experience. I would make sure that you let them age at least two months to wear off the initial youth.

"good as ever"
Found one of these lurking in the bottom of one of my humidors. God knows how long it's been there but as allways Punch never dissapoints. Great construction, lots of coffee, leather ad spicy finish. Allways consistant.

"Punch Rave"
This is the first punch that I have had the pleasure to try, and it will not be my last. Starting with a creamy, nutty flavor with a hint of cocoa was awesome. A great burn, smooth draw and a bold finish. This will be one I will buy a box of and look forward to trying the rest of the punch line.

"Smoked a box"
I thoroughly enjoyed this box of cigars. The double corona is a beautiful cigar. The draw and flavor are great, and it burns well despite the occasional touch-up that is necessary with most maduros. RDK was right when he said you should have your favorite spirit on hand. I'm a lover of good whiskeys, scotches and ales, and this cigar goes great with them all.

"Good Price!"
Not bad! And economical too. A flavorful cigar that hinted of mocha and spices. The one I smoked had a draw that was almost perfect. Plenty of smoke and with a sweetish aroma that my gal didn't object to. This was my first try at a Punch and will not be my last. Only thing that bothered me about this smoke, was the flimsy ash which fell off around an inch from the cap. Was pleasantly surprized. Will buy more.
