"Another diamond in the rough!"
What a fantastic everyday stick. It has a fantastic creamy taste that mirrors many expensive habano sticks, but for a fraction of the cost. The only drawback was too firm of a draw. It felt like it needed to create more smoke than it did. However, that does not detract from the overall experience.

"Change of pace"
If you're looking for an alternative to the ligero-bomb jawbreakers that pass for Cuban cigars these days, have a look at these. Smooth and subtle.

"First Q"
This cigar was a great change of pace, a different flavor profile from other Cubans I'd smoked recently. Mild floral taste with woodsy notes, it burned well under less than perfect conditions, and was a nice diversion from the Partagas and Bolis. Definitely a cigar I'd like to keep a few on hand for when that mood strikes.

"well rolled and smooth"
This is a cigar that appeals to a large audience; well rolled, lots of smoke, smooth, pleasant creamy taste. One of the best daytime smokes out of Cuba.
Great clasp box presentation too.

"Nice"
These are nicely rolled .. pretty mild taste by normal Cuban standards but certainly worth a look if you like smooht cigars but don't want to spend on cohibas.

"Fine smokin'"
Smoked a box with nary a failure. Good light, draw, ash. Flavor was rich and woody, not at all harsh. Smokes fairly fast with a somewhat looser fill, it seemed to me. Notwithstanding the fill, did not smoke hot, which is what I was concerned about.

"Decent Smoke"
Very nice smoke for the money. Light brown wrapper with nice prelight aroma and minimal veins. Good construction with no soft spots. Easy light. Smooth draw. Burned well without the need for correction. Gray white flakey ash. Started with mild earth and tobacco, and developed a woody taste, particularly oak, by the middle third. This was joined by a hint of mild leather and herbs. MRN talks of a "toasted tobacco" taste - this became evident to me by the beginning of the last third (I only read the entry after I smoked it, and agree with his review). Becomes slightly sour if smoked too fast (similar to a Lancero or Fundadore). All in all, an enjoyable 1.5 hour smoke that is worth the money, in my opinion. Not a "top tier", but a good everyday smoke for sure. Paired well with HC7 rum.

"A poor effort"
Another one that Fidel shouldn't have let off the island. The wrapper was veiny, although the overall construction SEEMED ok. Initially it had a very sour taste that gave way to a more walnut like flavor and then it developed burn problems.
