"ConFusion?"
Big fan of the 90 & 92, so I was excited to try it, esp since it looked like another RP favorite, the Edge Corojo. Silky smooth, veinless coffee brown wrapper, packed tight with tobacco. Except for a crooked burn for the first half, I never experienced any of the construction problems others have mentioned: great draw, nice volume of smoke. The taste, however, was a big disappointment. None of the complexity and smoothness of the Vintage lines. In fact, this was bitter & tangy from the beginning, kinda dough-like with a tart apple fruitiness. Picked up a tiny bit of spice near the band, but it was too little too late. Mild strength, medium body & a short, light finish, but with a very unpleasant, tarry aftertaste. Overall I thought I smoked a cheap Honduran blend, certainly not worth MSRP. Very disappointing.

"Not really impressed"
I got a 5'er from c-bid in december. I let them all age a bit in my humi since then. I was digging through my humi and found one just calling for me to burn it. At first, I was like "wow, not a bad MILD cigar." About half way, I waited for some kind of kick of flavor... nope. I almost got to nub it but the cigar completly fell apart...literally. The outer wrapper came completely undone at the 2/3 mark. Then, a bit after, the binder started to split. The next day, my friend and I smoked one each. He had the same problem and I just complained about how mild this cigar was. Now, if I were one to say that I love mild cigars, then it's a great cigar aside of the construction issues. The draw was excellent and the taste was on the "blah" side. Won't make the same mistake twice.

"Not one of Rocky's better cigars"
Big fan of Patel, but not this cigar. The construction was good and the wrapper had a few small veins through it. The draw was good and the burn was uneven at times, but quickly corrected itself. Flavors of cream/sweetness and some spice and nut tones. The cigar did get really bitter the last quarter of the cigar... to the point the flavor was very unbareable. I discardes it at this point. An OK cigar for the mild fans, this one just became too bitter for me towards the end.

"Not looking to have another."
The couple I had were tight as far as draw, even after clipping with a cutter. The flavor reminiscent was of a CAO Italia - sort of a carmely-sweet taste - and if I had to compare them to another cigar, I'd almost say a CI Legends Purple Label, albeit with a more earthy presence then the aforementioned sticks. So, for me, these were a turn-off. For others that like this sort of flavor, it will probably attractive. And for the amount of time that I smoked them, I detected absolutely no major flavor changes.

However, what did really ruin the experience was the draw and the burn. The draw never really loosened up in either cigar, and no matter what I did, I still had an uneven burn. Touchups to fix the problem came to no avail. Aside from this, the ash held pretty firm to the end of each cigar for a time; I'd say above average in this regard. The ash was almost a brilliant silvery-white, which was perhaps one of the redeeming features of this offering.

For me, these are a total let-down. I didn't like the flavor, the draw was too tight, and they kept burning uneven. The flavor part is pretty subjective, the other stuff isn't. And for $130.00 a box, I'd have a real hard time justifying that kind of money for a cigar that performs below something like a 5 Vegas. You can get as good a cigar, if not better for about half of what these cost.

I thought it was a dud. I'll pass, thanks.

"Rocky Rocks!"
This torp really rocks. Beautiful construction, easy draw, and it billows rich creamy smoke. Mild throughout but the taste is still complex with hints of both pepper and sugar. I would encourage anyone to try this cigar.

"Plesant Surprise"
Won a 5 pack off of CB and shared them with some friends a week or so after they had sat in my humidor. Very pleasant surprise. Solid construction, relatively easy draw, beautiful ash and smoke, moderate to mild but with almost a vanilla flavor, consistent from tip to butt.

"Even better than the robusto"
Enjoyed the robusto, liked this even more. beautiful cigar. Good smooth flavors changing throughout. The cameroon as filler really adds great flavors. Plus I scored a 5 pack for $22. RP has yet to disappoint.
