"RP R4 me"
I got a 5 pack for I think $7, Wasn't sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews. Construction was great, so too was the appearence. This started out spice and full flavored thru the first quarter inch and quickly settled in to a creamy goodness sometimes with touches of coco but mainly sweetness. Will definitely buy again probably until i get a pack that everyone else seems to be getting.

"Inconsistent?"
Reviews are all over the board on these. All I can do is write from my own experience. Smoked 2. I'll do a Combo review. Both very sexy-attractive with excellent construct. First was mild without much going for it flavor wise. Had about 4 months box time. Second was more medium bodied with some very nice maduro type flavors. Six months marination. I'm not that excited about these. Rocky has left me with the impression that they had to get into the Maduro market and rushed this blend. Tread catiously. I think I paid 3.00.

"Second look"
After a little time in the humidor, these have become a decent smoke. I still say they have a one sided flavor profile, but the look and feel of this cigar is nice (although a bit light). Nothing fancy here, but a good choice for everyday smoke for the maduro lover.

"Thanks ROCKY!"
Wow some people are hard to please! I rather like these smoke Nice flavor but the burn needs some work. But I'm sure a few months in the humi at 65% will fix that right up. Ash is flakey and very dark.

"just what they are... cheap"
Bought 25 for $40 off cbid. Upon lighting, I noticed it was very, very salty. Maduro taste with the typicaly Rocky Patel flavor profile which I do not care for. I'm going to let them sit for a couple of years and perhaps by then, they will be actually smokable. Construction-wise, they look solid and oily, rolled with plenty of tobacco.

"Did Rocky REALLY MAKE THESE??"
These are a crap shoot! Quality is TERRIBLE. The ONE that burned flawless is as follows. Wrapped in a greenish dark olive hue maduro leaf. A solid well made cigar the ash is a grey black color and firm. The draw is likewise tight. But not overly hard. Held a nice 2 inch plus ash before dropping. Medium to full bodied cigar with hints of wood and coffee. Had a pleasant finish, with a very even burn to the end. Overall a solid performer I enjoyed with my after dinner cup of coffee for an hour. Unfortunately this was ONE OF FOUR I have tried so far. The other 3 were DOG ROCKETS. HAS SERIOUS CONSTRUCTION ISSUES. Did Rocky REALLY MAKE THESE?? You are better off buying a RP factory second of Sun Grown or Vintage, same price point but FAR BETTER smoke.

"Thanks, Rocky!"
It's great to see a manufacturer delivering quality, affordable cigars without a lot of hype. This is a great example of an unassuming workhorse. Solid flavors and good construction.

"smokable"
picked up a fiver of these a couple weeks ago and torched one up pronto. Looks nice, feels quite firm but draws well. I've had the corojo version of this before and you can certainly detect the same underlying flavor profile. As expected, the maduro adds a definitive toastiness to the mix. As maduros go, I'd call this one a medium. Not an overpowering stick and fairly one dimensional but quite smokable.

"Stretching Thin"
I was lucky to get a few of these sticks from a buddy of mine. They are nice looking and feel solid, like so many RP sticks. The only issue I have is that the blend is one sided. Few flavors, but good power make this just another RP stick. I like RP, but he should really stop trying a new stick every other week and focus on perfecting the oters (fusion needs work for instance). Still, a decent stick compared to non RP sticks.
