"An all time favorite"
Bursting with flavor and spice, this little torpedo smokes like a BIG cigar. I bought 10 between the Playa del Carmen and Cancun LCDH's and all were excellent smokes. Carbon copies. Highly consistant. The wrappers all looked very dark and little rough. The draw was always excellent.

"Getting Better"
A well constructed torpedo with a dark wrapper and sweet pre-light taste. Earthy spice, smooth and medium bodied with a very good draw. Not complex like the '03 RyJ ELs yet but still full of flavor and promise.

"Unique Different Delicious"
A dark wrapper for a cc hinted at the uniqueness of this gar. The color matched the mild flavour of milk chocolate and cinnamon. Smooth and snorkable this is a beauty I want more of. Very expensive but worth it. If it improves with aging - look out!

"Terrific little smoke"
A littly young, even a year later, this smoke just plain rocks! Its like a Ferrari, the power, the refinement, the quality. This is one of the more enjoyable ELs I have had. I put it up there with the 2001 PSD3EL and the Partagas Piramide. The only ELs I have liked better were the 01 Cohiba Piramide and the 03 Hoyo Piramide.

The flavors were spicy and powerful with an earthy undertone that I will call raw beef. It was a smoke I wish I had gotten more of when I was at the LCDH.

"Great smoke, just not enough of it"
After lighting this cigar, the first thought was why. Why did R&J make such a good smoke that was so short. This stick has excellent flavor with a little spice in the background. The draw was nice and smooth, allowing for lots of smoke with each puff. The burn was off, but self corrected about midway. This was a very enjoyable 40 minutes or so.

"Good, but not what it should be."
Medium, tight draw, not a maduro or aged like an LE should be. Nice flavor though and finished well

"Excellent new offering"
Beautiful looking cigars. Price is currently kinda high given the size. Draw was a bit firm, I ended up cutting a second time and cured that. Burn was excellent. Taste was obviously of a young cigar ... nice character nonetheless. I'm unsure if the extra cost will be justified in these ... only way to tell is to ice a box for a couple of years. As they are right now, they're a nice medium-mild smoke. A lot better of the truck than anyof the other LEs I've tried other than the Cohibas.

"light and satisfying"
The petit piramide looks a lot like a belicoso, with the lightest LE wrapper I have seen, definitely not maduro. A couple of medium lengthwise veins, tight and springy to the touch without any softness or visible flaws. Prelight aroma was mild and grassy, draw was just a bit firm. It lit easily and burned smoothly all the way down giving moderate amounts of smoke. Ash was light gray and held tightly. First third was smooth with notes of hay and a slight, but not unpleasant, bitterness. Second third added a mild coffee flavor. Finish was a pleasant cedar. Nicotine strength was modest. Overall, slightly pricy as expected, but an interesting addition for those who might prefer a less strong smoke in this line.
