Romeo y Julieta Reserve Real Petite Robusto

Someone must like them, but I won't have any more. Nothing but a bitter, burnt tobacco flavor and extremely harsh! Decent construction and a nice, smooth, veinless wrapper, but the taste is... rough. Full bodied, too, so I'll be scrubbing my tongue for a while after this. In the RyJ line, I'll stick with the straight 1875. Very disappointing.

This is an attractive and well constructed cigar with a harsh taste. The pre-light aroma was promising, smeeling pleasantly and strongly of (surprise) tobacco. It's a nice brown color and appears well made. Burns fine. So what's wrong with it? The taste was harsh, harsh, harsh, Very acidic. I bought two, as I have been trying out some shorter cigars and I don't think I will try the other. Maybe if it sits in the humidor a couple of years it will be decent?
