"Blah"
Looked very promising. Nice dark maduro wrap, and a solid feel. First puff told me of the disappointment to come. There was a funky (not in a good way) finish. Also, right after light-up, it got very soft and mushy. Couldn't get past 1/3.

"Great start"
This charcoal black robusto had firm solid construction, good draw, and some uneven burn. The black maduro wrapper burned to a grey white ash. Flavors of spice and coffee were noted throughout the entire smoke, but some harsh flavors were noted at the end. This cigar should be better with age. A full bodied smoke.

"great value"
Excellent pre-light flavor. Once lit, draw was perfect but burn was uneven, but soon caught up. I loved the early flavor of this cigar but this lasted only half way down this sort offering and it had to be chucked when harshness took over. I look forward to trying this in a larger size.

"An overall good smoke"
It was a rather delightful smoke. The first 1/3 was creamy, smooth, and delicious, while the middle 1/3 was mediocre...a little stark for my tastes. The last 1/3 was also quite tasty. It seemed as if the last 1/3 had a different flavor with each draw, but as a whole, it had a spicy, and more so nutty, flavor. I would not mind having a couple take space in my humi.

"great taste"
very suprised at how good this was. very flavorful but no bite on the tongue. I'm looking for more but at a better price than 6.50 per but either way I'll buy more. only drawback-this is the first smoke my wife kicked me out of the house with.

"Does everything well"
This was an enjoyable smoke. There was absolutely nothing bad about this smoke but there was nothing exceptional either. This is a great cold weather or "Dog Walker" smoke. Bought this in a local B&M when they first came out. This cigar would be a good choice to use as a base line for what a good medium bodied cigar should be.
