Good daytime smoke of light bodied flavor like most Sanchos. Sweet cedar and some spice with a good aroma but uneven burn. Not in the same league with the Montecristo #2.

"Tasty stuff"
Trends are moving toward more powerful cigars, and this cigar may be a step back in potency, but certainly has plenty of finesse. Perfect burn and draw, wonderful aroma, and light enough you could smoke them back to back.

"Average"
Excellent burn with a very dark grey ash. Good draw, not great. Hint of sweetness in the flavor but it was too mild so the flavor was weak. It was so mild, I could not finish it.

"WOW MAN WOW"
6 more months in the hummi only intensified the flavors. i got leather and caramel. burn is fabulous. these might be super with a couple of years on them. try one.

"getting better"
tried one after being in the humidor for 6 months. better with age. flavors are becoming easier to recognize.still some earthiness all the way. but the caramel is easy to notice and very enjoyable. this caramel as i call it may be the combinaton of chocalate and vanilla that soke mentioned in his review. all in all a very nice one hour and fifteen minute smoke. good to the last puff. wrapper was super as was the burn and aroma.!!!

"First one, Last one"
I expected more. I was looking at the humi in my local LCDH and thought I would try something different. First the draw was too light and the burn needed much correction and went out on me at least once. The flavour was mild-med and undistinguished for a quality cuban. It was a little on the strong side so it was not an enjoyable smoke. For the $$ I would take a Boli BF, Monte 2, or Partagas P2 any time. I will give these a pass.

"Nice cigar"
Burn was great . So was the draw. Tast was some leather and earthy tastes. And sometimes I got a caramel like taste. And as with my first Cuban(this is my second) it has a twang I have only found so far in Cubans. Overall a very good cigar. May have to get a box of them.

"Nice Chuck"
First try of these for me- really enjoyed this cigar. Very nice flavor profile on the medium to fuller bodied side, the one I tried was (3 more to go so will see as I had two with very dark wrappers and 2 more reddish and this was a reddish wrapped stick). I agree with icehog3 in that it was an earthy flavor yet real smooth. Pure pleasure. It has been awhile since I've had a Bolivar Belicoso Finos, but in my memory this stands up nicely to that which most see as the standard in this vitola, and these run what $30 - $40 less per dress box... As I have read from many before they look a little rough to the eye but beauty does lay within. A must try. I will happily grab these from time to time they are on sale.

"Really enjoyed this"
Medium all the way, nice spice cedar throughout. Mine had great draw and finished well.

"good light body"
Good light to medium bodied smoke, the first half inch is a bit bitter and salty. After that, chocolate and vanilla flavors dominated throughout the rest of the cigar with touches of salt and cedar like flavors. I have had other ones that seemed more complex, the flavor in this one didn't seem to change that much throughout the cigar.

"Have had better"
For a Cuban, I expected more. The construction was good with an excellent draw, and a decent burn. The flavor was so so, and I can only identify a little spice but nothing else. I must admit that I was looking forward to smoking this stick and my not have let it rest long enough after its week plus trip from my cigar dealer. This stick was part of a sample pack, so I only had one. Maybe I'll try another sometime in the future.

"Good Belicoso"
This cigar as med. flavor with touch of spice. Box was from '02, and they're well rolled with good channels for smoke. Exquisite draw and a pleasure to smoke. A real bargain compared to the other Habanos belicosos on the market. Wrapper is not as polished in construction, but does not affect overall enjoyment.

"Smooth"
Very smooth cigar, kind of earthy flavor profile, with much more flavor than the RyJ Belicosas I smoked the next day. Perfect draw and burn, nice medium bodied flavor, a good overall cigar.

"Not so wonderful"
This cigar started bitter, and burned badly for the first half: it cured itself well, flavours becoming smoother and more disticùnctly cuban, burning ring became more even. Maybe this was not the best sample. Not my favourite cuban.

"Dang solid"
Had a bit of age on them, these were flavorful and smooth all the way to the nub. Flaky ash but nice draw and perfect burn. Great twangy taste. I need to get a few of these for further research.

"Good Stuff!"
Very enjoyable smoke! Standard belicoso vitola with a plain brown wrapper and small veins. Nice prelight aroma. Easy light. Even burn throughout. Tight draw at first, but then loosened up about 1/2" down. Plenty of cream and mild spice. Very minor note of cedar about halfway through that disappeared into faint chocolate. Medium bodied - not a head spinner. Enjoyed with Havana Club Rum, which made it the complete experience. Lasted 45 minutes or so. Would definitely smoke again.

"Nice smoke"
Medium bodied and complex. Very enjoyable from start to nub. Draw and construction are perfect from half box smoked so far. Chocolate,spice,earth,wood,herbs....this smoke has a touch of it all.

"mild"
This is a wonderful belicoso.it has an attractive construction. However l found a lot of mistake about burn. This is an aromatic and too mild cigar.fresh cedar and bitter chocolate notes.lt's not as strong as bolivar or monte.Suitable for beginners and women.

"A pot of chili in a plain brown wrapper"
Great spicy flavor in a perfectly rolled belicoso. This is the stuff we're longing for. Great balance and a wide spectrum of delicious flavor with the power to back it up!

"Perhaps mine was bad...."
I generally don't read the other reviews before posting, but I couldn't help it with this cigar, and I am now thinking that perhaps the cigar I had just happened to be a dud. It just didn't have any personality.
It was a rather mild tan color, and a few veins in the wrapper, but overall a decent looking cigar. It did have a good, even burn, and a pretty good draw, although the flavor wasn't that impressive. Not a bad cigar, although I expected it to be better. By far not the best ISOM I have had in a long time.

"Nice smoke"
Filthy dirty ash. Fairly strong smoke with a nicely refined spicy flavor that burned well into the second half. Easy drat and a perfect burn. It held an ash up to 2".

This cigar changed my feelings about cigars and especially shape. An easy draw, a long lingering smoke, great ash and pleasant aftertaste. I love this cigar.

"Pleasant smoke."
I'm listing the price at $12 as that was the average, mine came from a box pass. A nice cigar with a floral taste. A good bit milder than I prefer, but still a pleasant smoke.

"nice smoke!"
Beautiful tan wrapper. Firmly rolled and packed wih tobacco. Earthy, leathery, floral/herbal like flavors. Flavorful med-bod smoke. Flavors did not seep to blend and all seemed a bit disjointed. Young box (Sep 01).
