"Great well balanced smoke"
Great looking box pressed torpedo at a reasonable price. Smooth reddish brown Honduran wrapper. I tried a couple of these last summer and then got a bargain on a box of the Cadiz Torpedo’s 4 months ago, smoked only two and left the rest in the humidor. The cellophane was yellow and with some slight evidence of bloom so I know these cigars were well aged and ready to enjoy.
Great aroma, somewhat floral. Peppery from the ligero but not overwhelming, I think the extra time in the humidor mellowed them out a little as I remember the fresh one's I bought and smoked right away had more of a nicotine kick. Great rich flavors, creamy smoke and no harshness or bad aftertaste all the way down to the nub. No construction problems, perfect draw and an even burn with a flakey grayish white ash. A nice balanced cigar on the stronger side. Recommended!
