"Great Cigar - nothing but nub"
Aged it for about 3 months at 65% humidity. I think I should have rested it at 60%, as the draw was slightly tight, but not really a problem. Nevertheless, the taste was just incredible. One of the few cigars I would actually pay over $10 to acquire. Next time I will follow the 60% storage advice a few people have mentioned.

"Age 'em/ smoke ~65% RH"
This is the third of a 5-pack I got from an online retailer. First example was so tight I was tempted to tap it against a table to see if it made a dull "thunk"... it was under- humidified and under-aged, so it was acrid with distinct amonia tastes and aromas. Aged a wee bit, ~6 months (nothing, really) and the second was minimally better. GREAT taste, construction, and strength, but the ammonia made it less than its potential. This example? Aged over a year (again, not THAT long, but better than nothing), then dry-boxed after aging at 65%. Simply put, an AWESOME cigar, tremendous plume & oils, strong flavor but not offensive (for me, at least) of strong coffee/ espresso and a hearty/ earthy savory-spice I couldn't quite place.

"Humidity Matters greatly"
After aging for 2 months in the humi, I pulled out this beauty for a round in the jacuzzi; although I had been keeping the cigar at around 68% humidity, the store where I purchased had instructed me to take it out of the humi a full day before smoking. I now know why.... This one got tight, had considerable burn issues, and burned extremely uneven. First taste was fantastic, though, but definitely could have used more time.

"One for Aging"
It's rare to find a world class gran panatela, and one with great aging potential. Bit of a bite, but creamy and woody. Very well worked and aged tobacco. Some with tight construction. Advise keeping the box open so so as to bring to better maturity. As with a good Havana, this is cigar to smoke without distraction. Age for at lest a year.

"pigtail cap"
Wonderful construction. An intense panatela. Nice draw with plenty of power. Creamy with hints of coffee beans. Lots of spice through out the entire smoke. Still has that tatuaje zest, yet geared down and smooth. A very even burn. Amazing taste that is similar to a Cuban lancero. Fantastic with a strong espresso or a cuban coffee.

"I could have sworn I was smoking a Cuban"
Wow, this reminded me of a good Cuban all the way down to the construction. Great flavor and as most Cubans I recommend a smaller ring guage. Trust me, your whole smoking experience is different with the same tobacco in a smaller guage. Nice salt/pepper ash and an inch or so ash. It took me well over an hour to smoke this delight. Yeah, they are $10 a stick, but much more value then the Padron 1964.

"Hard to Find"
This was on last years top 25 list and it was 1 of 3 that I still could not find. I finally found it in an LA cigar place. Had a bit more of a bite to it than I expected at first but the longer I smoked it the nicer it got. Very smooth yet hearty smoke that burned from tip to tail very nicely. It was a well put together cigar that offered a nice value for the $.

"Good, but the Noellas is better"
I've smoked the Noellas and the Cojonu. This was the lightest smoking of the three that I have tried so far.
This smoke was closer to medium bodied (in my opinion) and had a nice mild spice, a hint of sweetness, a slight hint of nuts, and a bit of classic tobacco smoke for good measure.
The Noellas is smaller but has more oomph, more flavor, and is fuller bodied. The Cojonu is stronger still, but didn't have quite as good a flavor as the Noellas.
If you like milder cigars and want to move up in the ranks, this is a good way to go. The Noellas and Cojonu are for those that like stronger, fuller-bodied smokes.
A good choice, but the Noellas is my favorite Tatuaje so far...

"Really good!"
I've wanted to try a Tuatuaje for a long time but could never find them. I came across this one while in San Francisco and am glad I did. It was one of the best tasting cigars I've ever had. It was very Cuban-esque in a lot of ways. The main flavor was nuts and wood, but it was very rich and flavorful. It had a little strength, but not bad. The aroma was especially nice. It was almost as nice to breathe the smoke from the burning foot as it was to actually smoke it! (You can't say that about every cigar)! My only complaint was the draw. Mine was plugged enough to cause some problems, so it kind of put a damper on the experience. Other than that, it was an excellent cigar! (My rating of “Overall Experience” assumes there were no draw problems. It would be a lot lover if I accounted for that and I don’t want the average rating to suffer because of a fluke experience. This was a great tasting smoke!).

"I Hated Panatelas..."
This cigar is the perfect smoke for those who like a rich complex flavor; elegant and long lasting and can be smoked everyday by the experienced smoker who likes a medium to full bodied cigar....if you can get past the fact that it's a panatela with a curly head. Definitely worth a try...I was very surprised.

"Great Cigar Obnoxious size"
Overall I liked the cigar. Diffenetly not for the faint hearted or beginner. I liked the construction, aroma, body, and roll. The only thing that looked kind of obnoxious was the length but then again I'm not used to smoking a longsdale. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Good luck and happy ventures to Mr. Tattoo.
