"oddly enough, I rather liked them"
These were pretty good looking, as I remember them. A smooth, reddish wrapper. These had an odd flavor, a persistent metallic tinge, but a touch of sweetness to offset it. The earthiness typical of Mexican tobacco never quite crossed over into dirty/funky. Picked up a box and ripped through them a lot faster than I thought I might. Despite my initial skepticism (we ARE talking a Te Amo here...), these weren't bad at all.
