Tierra del Sol Corona (M)

It seems like some cigars just appear all over the market and then fade away. I think of the Don Elias cigars and how they are always on "closeout", but they never seem to run out, no matter how much we wish they would just go away. So far, this seems to be the same story for Tierra del Sol. After trying this one, I can kind of see why it is not a household name AND I can understand why they are dirt cheap and everyone is trying to unload them with 2fer and 3fer deals.

Ok, now the cigar itself. I decided on a marudo, since they tend to be my favorites. This cigar was very simple and had an awkward roll to it. The burn was slanted and remained so until I put it out. The flavor was acidic and left my tongue raw. It was a very average to low average smoke. It was cheap, but not a bargain. I cannot recommend these.
