"Aptly named"
I have been wanting to try these. Now, I'm glad I did. A solid cigar with a handsome natural wrapper, it burned well with lots of smoke, and a cool, slightly sweet and woody flavor. Never turning offensive, it held that flavor until I nubbed it and I had to toss it from my hot fingers. Ovation indeed.

"Piss me off"
I am so irritated by these smokes i feel like heaving the last 2 I have. Like a dummy I assumed the Cbid ad copy was telling me that this was simply an "amped up" version of the Trilogy tri-press was true, how wrong that was. The draw on this is like trying to drink a McDonalds shake through a carbon nanotube. What taste i DID mange to pull out was somewhat bitter and bland. I find out after the fact that Alec Bradely is dumping this line (Ovation) while continuing the Trilogy without the tri-press. Little wonder why, these things SUCK! Cbid/CI are really getting on my nerves with their only allowing positive reviews.

"CREAM"
not cash rules everything around me, but the cream you put up in your coffee. this was almost too sweet for me. i was blown away by how creamy and sweet it was. lots of vanilla too; mild nuts. even burn, real nice smoke. didn't draw as great as i liked but was still solid. some of the wrapper cracked when i got about 1/2 way down

"Clap happy"
Another nice offering from Alec Bradly here. Cameroon wrappers are always so nice looking..and this is no different. Simple flavor and nice construction make this an enjoyable sunday afternoon cigar. A high ender with low end prices.

"Very Nice Large Ring Cameroon ... Good Value"
If you like Partagas Dominican Cameroon, give these Ovation Baron Cameroon fat robustos a try. Quite a similar smoke, at about half the price. Handsome chestnut brown Cameroon wrapper. Great roll, draw, and burn. A plump 54 ring size, jam packed with tobacco for a long burn and extra value. Medium to full body, yet silky smooth smoke. A very tasty, straight-forward tobacco flavor that does not overpower the palate. Leathery undertones, with very slight traits of toasty bread. I scored a five pack at auction for $10, but they are well worth the box price at under $60. A first tier smoke at a very nice price.
