Trinidad (D.R.) Belicoso Maduro

Dark and beautiful full bodied maduro. Some slight burn issues and a bit of a tight draw. Excellent flavor and billowing smoke accentuate this stick. Thanks to a fine gorilla for allowing me to enjoy this treat. My new favorite maduro. Price point brings the value way down though. I'll pick up a few now and then.

Reminded me of a blind date years ago! Quite pricey, looked good! felt good! had an uneven burn with an ugly ash. (Mrs, Note) aroma unpleasant. Taste okay w/little o.

Nice looking, a few canoeing problems with the burn requiring a lot of work, taste was quite good most of the way down, but was a bit harsh in the last 2 inches.

Is very strong and full bodied at first, which I enjoyed. After smoking a couple of inches, it smoothed out a bit with a very flavorful, balanced maduro taste with the semi-sweet maduro overtones. Its priced at about $13, but would choose it over any other maduro, including an ashton, la gloria cubana, el rey del mundo, partagas, or arturo fuente, even the anejo.
