"FINE cigar!"
Some people are blinded by brand names. This TTT Fundador is one of the best lanceros I've ever smoked - period. How does it rate against Don Carlos, Trinidad Cuban, Oliva V, LFD Lancero Double Ligero, etc? EXCELLENT! Don't be confused by limited editions and hyperbole - this is one of the finest lanceros made today.

"Another 'not the cuban' review"
Man. its just that the Cuban Fundadores is like the Monte 2, the RyJ Churchill... its EPIC! i dont think this was blended for the size or this size wasnt important enough to Altadis when it should have been TTT's benchmark.
So i wasnt expecting a cuban-esque flavor just a equal noncuban experiance. Didnt happen. Boring and ugly, but well constructed.

"A Good Cigar"
I enjoyed this cigar. It was milder than I expected, but had a good flavor. It burned well, and the draw was good for a cigar this long. I will probably buy more of them, but there are several cigars which are better overall, at half the price.

"Had to stop smoking it."
Bought this cigar with great expectations and I was let down so much that I stopped smoking it in the middle of the cigar and this is something I never do. Won't be smoking one anytime soon.

"Bad...very bad"
It kills me that they even try to comapre this to the Cuban Fundadores. This cigar is overprices, and burns poorly. The taste was awful. Another brand where the money went into the marketing and not the cigar.

"Not up to its namesake"
This one doesn't hold a candle to its Cuban namesake. It has a distinct flavor profile that I find difficult to describe. A pleasant smoke. Medium bodied. Burns fine, but its just not a Fundadore.

"Same name different game"
Highly refined, it smoked all the way down past the band. Nice meaty charred flavor that was consistant all the way through the spicy finish.
