"Just Okay..."
This one is packaged in a cool way with a clear plastic window and a surround of tobacco leaves. Like many things there's a downside because if you put the whole thing (box w/ cigars) in your humidor it will drop the humidity level quite precipitously. So remove them for storage even if you don't have to.
Getting to the smoke itself...It's just so so in IMHO. I'll give it points for not being a "me too" type smoke. I really felt it has a lot less in the "woody" dept. and a lot more vegitative, almost green, taste. Not really a favorite, but a fair departure.

"Different Strokes"
While an attractive cigar, I didn't really care for the flavor. It was a little bitter and tasted green even after a moderate amount of time in the humidor. My wife and son thought it was pretty good. Maybe you'll like it?

"Not bad"
I used to smoke alot of these when I was a noob. Smoked one the other day and they are still a decent cigar but nothing to seek out. They have a loose draw which means a fast burn. Nice flavor, not complex but tobacco and a bit of spice.

"Ahh, now that is better"
Ok, my review of the Whitman was harsh, but this was the good stuff in the Variety pack from CI. Nice, stout cigar with a nice velvety feel to it and a cool looking cap. Nice burn and construction. Stays cool to the finish with a nutty coffee flavor. Nothing wrong with this stick. Another great VC offering.

"Decent"
had problems getting it to stay lit. *hopefully* it was just a bad stick to stay lit, because when it was, it was excellent. great draw and had some cocoa taste, nutty too. would buy more.

"good"
Good. Nice big stick. Had a fairly powerful taste. Decent draw and nice burn. The little balloon not at the end is dumb though.

"smoooth"
Very good smoke. Maduro-like color. Pig-tail head and shaggy foot. Nothing really complex but smooth as silk. Would buy more in a second. Much better burn than the oscuro version.
