"snuck one in"
Ok, it seems that whenever you think you have found a great cigar deal on a variety pack, they sneak in a stinker. OK, this is not like Thompson cigar stinker when they give you their house brands and try to tell you it is a premium, but rather a CI variety pack, where they do give you a dozen great cigars, with 3 or 4 that stink. I've come to expect it. I got this one with a variety of other VC Bohemian cigars from CI. Most of the Victor Sinclair stogies I recieved were very very good (Ill get to those in a seperate review), but this short little Whitman was a dog in comparison. Still better than a Thompson house cigar anyway.
Construction was loose and the burn needed a lot of touching up. It fell apart by the end, and I HATE chewing tobacco. The flavor was so-so, nothing remarkable. A below average cigar at best. Hmmm....just when I thought I broke the CI variety pack curse too!

"It's different"
Though I understand Dave's frustrations, this cigar is far from the worst in any sense. This loosely constructed cigar has an easy draw and slightly flaky ash that held together, which is surprising due to its, loose construction. The taste was earthy with a grassy aftertaste, yet was mild enough to be interesting and not turn me off as I normally would be. Overall, I noticed a creamy feel with a consistent, pleasant mild spice. For those who have a stable of regulars, but like to try new and different/interesting cigars, this may be a good try if you get a deal on it.

"It's aight."
This stick is definitely not as bad as "dave" made it out to be. It's not the best, and I enjoy Sancho Panza double maduro more for half the price. It had good smoky flavors that were a little too earthy for my palate. I could see how one or two of ten of these would be absolutely horrible.

"poor construction"
The worst constructed cigar I have ever smoked. The turd shaped cigar’s wrapper was cracked and flaked apart at the slightest touch despite proper humidification. Draw was so loose that a hard pull produced only a slight amount of smoke. Threw the cigar away after only four puffs.
