"bad."
A dud. These can be good. This one wasn't...harsh, grassy, gasoliney. I think I set a record for how far I threw this away.

"Much better than the Monster"
After an OK experience smoking, the monster, I decided to drop down to the size I smoke and regularly enjoy. I’m not disappointment. The appearance was still a little rough but the color and aroma both before and after being lit was excellent. Construction and maintenance issues have plaque most VS cigars I have smoked but not this time. This stick stayed lit and after a quick correction burned very evenly with a nice tight ash. The flavor was and is hard to pin down so I’m just going to call it smooth, buttery and rich. Tons of smooth billowy smoke came from an almost perfect draw and to my amazement nothing came apart. The latter was a shock as I sat with my better half placing bets on when this stick would either unravel or go out. Neither happened. I have to assume that this cigar absolutely requires time in lower humidity. It certainly helped this time around but does make you ask the question: “Why does a cigar with 5 years aging require so much box time to reach its potential?” Maybe they are measured in dog years.

"Over a year in the box......"
Darbarian is correct with his notes about aging.
I've never written more than one review about the same cigar (Immune to the Ashman syndrome I guess) but this cigar really changes nicely with some ages. It's not a cigar for the feint of heart but a year or better smoothed out what few rough edges there were and leaves a cigar that's nothing short of world class. Highly recommend this cigar without aging, but if ya can set 'em aside for awhile - you won't be disappointed.

"Still works"
With more than half a year of extra age, this cigar has smoothed out and is now one of my favorites in the Seri 55 line. i even noticed a razorline burn on this one 🙂

"satisfying to the end"
Full-bodied, but never overwhelming. A spicy start, easing into long, rich, flavorful smoke. Beautiful construction, perfect burn. A real treat, even amongst top shelf cigars.

"Go Victor :)"
Another top notch, reasonable price VC smoke. Although I did not find this to be full bodied, I did find it to be complex in its flavors. Typical great construction and aroma for VC. I've yet to try a VC that was a complete miss. Keep it up Mr. Sinclair!

"Gets better with age."
Another 40 days in the box did good things all around to this cigar. Draw and burn improved. Flavor profile of black cherry and spice with some earth and leather were all present at various times throughout this mostly full bodied hour and 20 minute smoking experience. Take your time smoking and savoring these. Not recommended for someone just starting out or the mild crowd. Only negatives (which are no big deal) are the full MSRP of $8 (you should be able to score a five pack on c-bid for $15-17), a band that gets in the way and is difficult to remove, and the fact that this stick mysteriously just "went out" (but relit and continued tasting just fine). Try these. I think you'll like them. Value rating based on $3.

"Other reviewers nail this."
Gorgeous reddish brown mottled corojo wrapper. Solid draw, but an uneven burn took away some of the enjoyment. I can tell you that there is a lot to this cigar and aging should make this amazing. Solid, dense, rich and slightly full flavor profile. Reviewers Da Klugs (great aroma), Bad Habits (dense flavors to be savored..I wish I would have read this review before smoking), and KH (rollercoaster) all mention things I experienced with this stick too. Overall, I liked this stick...just not as much as the others (I may have rushed this cigar to and while smoking ) I nicked a fiver for like $15. A solid value. The MSRP on these is like $7-8/stick. If you can get them at $3-5... pull the trigger.

"Hang on tight"
for one helluva satisfying rollercoaster ride. First off, these puppies pack a serious punch. Starts off a little tangy and light but builds up nicely. This is a cigar that just builds in strenth and flavor as it goes along - grab a chair for the last third and prepare for a serious head rush. The flavor changes on this are interesting and this is just an awesome smoke. I hear retail on these are 8 or 9 bucks and I'd say it's worth every cent. Like it or not a good cigar is gonna cost ya and this one is undeniably good. The more I try Victor Sinclair products the more I like 'em. In short this is one awesome cigar - be warned though, it's not for the faint of heart. It's very much a full bodied smoke. The only downside to this is that the burn was a little uneven. Otherwise this is the perfect cigar for that steak dinner and a bottle of stout. Robust, earthy, tons of smoke, flavor to spare - hats off to the folks at Victor Sinclair for a job well done.

"dense and flavorful"
The marketing materials talk of the blend and aging. What they don't say is how dense and loaded with flavor these babies are. Proper humidification is crucial or the density will take over. If you light up a dry stick you'll hate it. There's a lot of ornamentation, 3 bands, which can actually hinder the performance. This cigar has a sharp spice and bold, full bodied flavor. It's not a good choice for a quick smoke. This is one to savor.

"Maybe it was the company"
Went on a golf outing to Ogelbay WV. In the evenings we visited some of the local nightspots, touched a few lives and contributed to a few college funds. All in all a good time was had by all. Smoked one of these for what seemed like 3 hours. I usually herf them down but was distracted over and over by the locals soliciting donations. Must have relit the thing 10 times (not the cigars fault) Maybe it was lack of blood in the brain but I really liked this cigar, much more than the churchill size (which is 7" not 8") Goes really well with 15 or 20 beers and some shots of whatever was in the big blue jug. The locals said they really liked the smell and asked if it was a Lewinsky. Got it in the sampler pack which is a great deal @ $ 25. The Revolutions in the sampler were even better.. Hellfire, Sidewinder and ????
