That is what I have heard as well. Frankly, I like these better than the JdN's.
I've had a few. They are a new line, essentially, by Fonseca. A Nic puro that is not that "full" but is very balanced with good flavor and are very well constructed.
FWIW, Pepin is virtually all about spice/pepper. Go for the Cabaiguan! Or try the new La Aroma de Cuba Edition Especial and Tobacos Baez and the Vegas Cubanas. The Ashton Benchmade is another good choice. Or even the Tat White Labels.

Also, A hydrometer is an instrument used to measure the specific gravity (or relative density) of liquids.
Hygrometers are instruments used for measuring humidity.
In any case, it is very interesting.
I never cared for any Padilla's except the Miami and the '32 Signature that Pepin produced. Also, the '68. The new Miami is still good but not what I was used to with the Pepin mades. The new '32's are still very good, imo.
