I gave mine 2 days, and it made a difference. I have a couple of mixed boxes now with about a tablespoon of coffee grounds scattered in each box. The ones I've tried are very nice. (After about 2 weeks.)I just put some Solo Cafe sticks with ground coffee in a ziplock bag. Hos long should I let them sit there before smoking?
Yeah, I was kind of curious too.
Do some lose their flavor after a while? I just assumed all cigars got better with age, or stayed the same.
Hmm, I can see the possiblities now.
Armpit infused Swishers...
....I'm sorry, but I had to share that misguided thought with you all....the voices compelled me.
I am trying it with ground coffee so that there is more surface area exposure. I have nothing to lose so if it doesn't work I am just out a cheap can of MH coffee that I bought for this experiment. I am going to let it sit for 3 months in its special tupperdor opening once a week for air exchange. I haven't added humidification yet but I am probably going to use some of those old 70 percent beads I have 1) because extra humidity might help and 2) I don't care if they get ruined.WAY back when (maybe a year ago) I put some whole coffee beans in a small humi with some decent NC smokes. I gotta say that some small amount of flavor SEEMED to be imparted in those smokes :tu
Regardless I doubt a small amount of coffee could change the taste TOO much...If anything the smell alone may impart SOMETHING for the first part of the smoke.
:dr :tu Just my ramblings... :tu
